A batch is a single waiver sent to a whole list, and each person signs a separate copy. Batches of up to 300 people, and you can add a late arrival afterwards.
Nobody sees anybody else
In a batch, a participant sees their own copy and nothing more: not another name, not another signature, not even how many others there are.

Five cents a waiver at the top of the band.
Every band gets the same certified files, the same verification and the same privacy. A full band never stops a waiver that is already out: it can still be signed, certified and downloaded. It only stops new ones from being sent.
Privacy
Other people’s names, kept no longer than you need them.
A waiver is somebody’s name, their signature and the day they signed. That is exactly the kind of thing a business ends up keeping in a drawer for a decade. Here it has an end date.
- Automatic deletion. Choose 30 days to two years after everyone has signed, and completed waivers go by themselves, with their signatures, links and certified copies.
- Always warned first. Nothing is deleted without the owner being warned a week ahead, and the warning is recorded, so it holds even if the email never arrives.
- Backups follow within 30 days. Deleted is deleted: the nightly off-site copy ages out too.
- No tracking, no ads, no third-party anything. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no outside fonts. The person signing is given no cookie at all.
- Links stay out of logs. The secret part of a signing link is never sent to the server as part of an address, so it cannot appear in an access log or a Referer header.
- Delete the lot. One button deletes your account with every waiver, signature, link and certified copy in it.
Questions
The ones a business asks first.
Does the person signing need an account?
No. They open their own link, read the waiver, sign, and are done. No app, no password, no cookie.
Can a parent sign for a child?
Yes. Send the link to the parent and mark the fields for the details you need: their name, the child’s name, the date, and any tick boxes. Whatever your waiver asks for, you place a field for.
What happens when we reach the end of a band?
You cannot send new waivers until the year frees up or you move up a band. Everything already sent carries on exactly as before: people sign, certified copies are built, downloads and verification keep working. A band never strands a participant halfway.
And if we stop paying?
The account drops back to the free band by itself. Nothing is deleted, nothing already collected is locked away, and every certified copy you hold stays verifiable.
Is an electronic signature valid for a waiver?
Each person is shown what they are signing, agrees to sign electronically before they sign, and that consent is recorded with the time and the version of the disclosure. See Electronic signatures. Whether your waiver is enforceable is a question for your own lawyer; we make sure you can prove what was signed, by whom and when.
Can I prove a copy has not been altered?
Yes. The certified copy is fingerprinted with SHA-256 when it is built and never rebuilt. Open Verify a waiver, choose the file, and it either matches or it does not.
